ProxyClient 3.3 runs natively on Windows 7 64-bit platforms. All Windows 7 versions (32-bit & 64 bit) are supported except Starter Edition. Recommended Configuration: 1.8+ GHz x86/x86_64 CPU; 2GB+ Memory; 5GB+ hard drive space.

No. The Installer automatically detects the Windows 7 Kernel
Can I install ProxyClient 3.3 64-bit on Windows Vista and Windows XP 64-bit based laptops/Desktops?
No. ProxyClient 3.3 64-bit support is only for Windows 7 kernel level and installs the correct kernel level software.
